Our lemongrass is grown in the sun-rich valleys of Soufriere, Saint Lucia, harvested by hand at dawn, and slow air-dried in shaded bamboo racks to preserve its essential oils and natural nutrients. Unlike commercial lemongrass that’s force-dried in ovens or bleached by harsh sun, our gentle shade-drying process locks in the bright citrus aroma and soothing compounds that make lemongrass tea effective.

When my son has a bad cough, a warm cup of lemongrass tea brings him real comfort. Naturally caffeine-free, deeply soothing, and packed with island sunshine without the nutrient loss.
